Door Supervisors
Enforce Specialist Security Solutions Ltd is the largest provider of Door Supervisors in North Lincolnshire.
There are a number of reasons for this, much of which is already mentioned in the 4 key factors, but also because we have a wide range of understanding of the night-time economy and the problems it has. We also understand that each and every venue operates in different ways whether it be the trading times, clientele, location, promotions, events or operating procedures.
Again, training is a key element within this role as well as good quality equipment such as radios, earpieces and use of CCTV systems. All of which falls within the training and the site assignment instructions which is your evidence to any enforcement visit that your door supervisors are all licenced, trained, insured and above all operate with excellent safety practices and professionalism.
To date, we provide door supervisors for Bars & Nightclubs, Takeaways, Hotels and Private Functions.
All our door supervisors are employed by Enforce Specialist Security Solutions Ltd and we strictly do not use self-employed door supervisor or sub-contract any of our business out.
Event Security
With a vast knowledge of the events industry, we at Enforce Specialist Security Solutions understand that security for any event needs meticulous planning which starts from as early as six months or even a year before the actual event. Even after the event, there should be a debrief to discuss what worked best, any improvements or safety concerns, errors, etc. This then improves any future planning for the client for any further events.
Enforce Specialist Security Solutions will be happy to advise where we can on any issues or problems you may have with your event and obviously assist in planning the security and stewarding of the event itself. We believe it is very important to be involved in the planning from an early stage so as to highlight any security or safety issues sooner rather than later and not nearer to the event date.
As with the events we provide security for, we will also provide a risk assessment for all working roles our security operatives are tasked with. A brief will be given to all the security & stewarding personnel before the event starts (the length of time this will take depends on the scale of the event and may be split briefings for each working zone and includes the full emergency & evacuation procedures for this event.
In most cases, we provide our own communications with noise cancellation headsets and earpieces, and our standard uniform clearly identifies our security personnel, their role and individual identity.
