As part of our support and control centre's responsibility, they must ensure that all alarm activations are responded to by the mobile patrol teams.
Our 24 hour support staff use computerised tracking systems to delegate the nearest vehicle to the alarm activation if needs be, passing on access information and record reports from the attending officer(s). We will then forward the reports on to you, the client, or if necessary we will call you out in an emergency.
Our patrol teams are all made up of supervisors and have a wealth of experience within the security industry. Every measure has been taken to enhance their safety and constant communication and good working practices are strictly followed and enforced.
